Overview

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Ninki Gen Studio ("we", "us") collects through ninkigenstudio.com, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. It applies to this website only — our products, including Chroma 12, are hosted on their own domains and may carry their own privacy terms.

We are a small studio and we keep our data collection deliberately minimal. If a section here feels short, that's because there genuinely isn't more to say.

What data we collect

This site collects exactly one piece of personal data, and only if you choose to give it to us:

• Email address: submitted through our newsletter signup form, so we can send you the weekly digest.

What we don't collect

To be equally clear about the boundary:

• No cookies or tracking scripts currently run on this site.
• No account creation, payment details, or browsing history are collected here — Chroma 12 is free to play and requires no sign-up.
• If you join our Telegram channel, that relationship is with Telegram, not with us — see "Telegram channel" below.

How we use your data

Your email address is used solely to send the newsletter you signed up for, and to manage that subscription (e.g. honouring an unsubscribe request). We do not use it for any other purpose, and we do not sell, rent, or trade it to anyone.

Third-party processors

We use a small number of service providers to run this site, each acting as a data processor on our behalf:

• Brevo: stores your email address and delivers the newsletter, once you subscribe.
• Cloudflare: hosts this website and relays the signup form to Brevo; it does not retain your email beyond that relay.

Telegram channel

Our Telegram channel runs entirely on Telegram's platform. If you join it, Telegram (not Ninki Gen Studio) collects and processes whatever data your Telegram account provides. We don't receive or store a list of our channel's members. Telegram's own privacy policy governs that relationship.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not currently use cookies or analytics of any kind. If that changes in future (for example, adding privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand site traffic), we will update this policy first, before any such tool goes live.

Data retention

We keep your email address for as long as you remain subscribed to the newsletter. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, we remove it from our active mailing list promptly.

Your rights

Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct any inaccurate data.
• Withdraw consent, at any time, and without giving a reason — the unsubscribe link in every email does this instantly for the newsletter.
• Request deletion of your data.

How to exercise your rights

Email [email protected] with your request. Because we hold very little data about any one person, we're able to resolve most requests directly rather than through a formal intake process — but we aim to respond within a reasonable time regardless.

Children's privacy

This site and Chroma 12 are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Data security

We rely on reputable providers (Brevo, Cloudflare) who maintain their own industry-standard security measures for the data they process on our behalf. No method of transmission or storage is ever 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what little data we hold.

International data transfers

Our service providers may store or process data outside Singapore. Where this happens, we rely on those providers' own safeguards and standard contractual protections for cross-border transfers.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page.
